We have an experienced-based method.
Our general method starts out from the phases we as individuals have to go through to gain knowledge and experience or understanding messages. The method is basically generic and therefore applicable in all communicative and operational development. All of the tools we use in developing a strategy, an executive group
or a corporate culture are adapted to our basic methodology and consist of the following phases:
- Identify – strengths, weaknesses and goals
- Formulate – goals and activities
- Practise – the activities are converted into concrete actions and attitudes
- Follow up – measurement of the activities and feed-back to senders and receivers
