The implementation
Familiarity and attitude survey among 100 actual and 350 potential customers. The outcome of the survey became
a clear description of the target groups’ attitudes towards the company as a brand as well as of the position of the brand. The survey also served as guidance on the participants’ approach and behaviour in relation to the company as a brand.
The result
A report consisting of a clarifying description of the strengths and weaknesses of the brand as well as strategic recommendations guiding the continuous work to build and strengthen the brand.
