Integrate different corporate cultures in connection with a fusion.
The goal
To create consensus in the entire company around the basic values of the company and to strengthen the financial result.
The implementation
Identifying, formulating, anchoring and practising the new corporate culture in the entire organization, which comprised a work process within the management as well as involvement of all managers and co-workers. The corporate culture was implemented over time through dialogue in small and larger groups, tutor support and integration in operative planning. Production of a pamphlet telling the story about the culture as well as personal management development during one year for each manager.
The result
Consensus in the management group as well as among managers and co-workers on the new fundamental values. Mutual understanding, a better focused organization, and increased sales during the implementation phase.
