The management group needed to unify in policies and modus operandi.
The goal
To better manage the task to lead and develop a multibillion company
The implementation
Measuring of the performance capability of the group, individual mapping of development areas as well as group related and individual processes, aiming to unify the group around a work model and to strengthen the internal leadership.
The result
In the initial work, we identified twelve central areas that performed well and fifteen that did less well. A year later there are twenty-two central areas that work well and one area that performs less well.
