The goal
Create consensus around the internal culture and realize it in words and actions in the daily work.
The implementation
Guidelines and values were identified and anchored through a work process that involved the management group, the managers and all co-workers. This process included framing of issues, workshops, tutor training and consensus exercises for all managers, production of study material and tutorial material as well as a communications plan with informative actions such as a pamphlet, advertisement, magazine, posters, film etc.
